“Great room service, friendly, clean”

“From check-in to check-out the experience was wonderful. Super clean facilities. The rooms were bare of rugs and decor but perfect for a beath town experience. The location is directly across the road from the Aegean and with a full unobstructed view. I think they upgraded us from a partial to a full sea view. The area is quiet. The pool lovely and poolside breakfast delicious with local flavors. It was an excellent starting point to our adventures in the southern and northern parts of the……

“Das Haus ist sehr ursprünglich und sehr gut und liebevoll restauriert. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut mit dicken Wänden und einem guten Blick über Vessa von der Dachterrasse. Eingezogen sind wir mit einigen Ahhh´s auf den Lippen angesichts des Wohnens in solch einer urigen Umgebung. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Besitzer funktioniert relativ gut in Englisch. Vor Ort lief die Kommunikation über einen Verwalter, der kaum Englisch sprach und mit der Verwaltung offensichtlich überfordert ist. In……

“El dueño bajó hasta la carretera a esperarnos. Habíamos tomado una cerveza en el pueblo y preguntado por la ubicación. Por lo visto, desde el bar ( sin decirnos nada) habían llamado para avisar que llegábamos. Muy buen trato. La esposa hablaba inglés y nos asesoró sobre la visita a la isla. Apartamento muy limpio. Cama comodisima. Terraza con vistas y tranquilidad. Recomendable sin dudas. .”

“Property is very nice and in a wonderful location in Karfas and Margarita is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2bd/1ba on the top floor. It was plenty roomy with a nice breeze, and the views were beautiful from all windows/patio. There are some beach toys for the kids to use, a nice shower to rinse of the salt and sand, and easy street parking a few steps away. Of the three locations we stayed while in Chios, this was the kids (6 & 8 yo) favorite.”

“We had a wonderful stay. We were in town to visit family. Captain Mike was a great host, extremely accommodating, helped us check in late, had breakfast made every morning and went above and beyond to provide food we liked (even milk for our baby). He liked to talk a lot and normally I would have loved to speak more but I had a lot of family things to attend to so I didn't have the opportunity to relax and have a coffee and talk. “Everything was absolutely spectacular! Anne was very helpful through and through and so was the staff. We even had to check out early because of a mix-up (different situation) and she said the next time we visit breakfast is on the house! The only reason communication was not excellent was that we had difficulty contacting them because we didn't have an international plan and they did not have WhatsApp. That would be our only suggestion so we could contact them on Wifi. “Çok temiz ve sade bir otel. Eğer benim gibi gösterişli ortamları sevmiyorsanız, sade ve kültür içeren 80'lerin dekorasyonu ile döşenmiş bu oteli seversiniz. Otelde her şey yeteri kadar var. Odamız çok güzel ve temizdi, bahçeye bakan oda olarak almıştım, hem denizi hem de bahçeyi görüyordu. Havuzu güzel. Denizi ise harika. Altın kumu var denizin dibinde ve sahilde. Çabuk derinleşmiyor, bu yüzden bir yürüyüş oluyor denizin içinde, dalgaların kumun üzerinde bıraktığı kabartılar, ayaklarınızın……
