Wonderful villa

We had an amazing time at the villa. The location is great, just a few minutes from the beach. And the villa with the garden is an oasis, very enjoyable. The communication with the owner was very good and fast and she helped with the questions we had. All very good.

Amazing house

The villa in Chott Meriam is really amazing. We were there with a bigger group of friends and we found everything we needed. The pool and the garden, well equipped kitchen, big sitting areas, clean rooms and bathrooms. Walking distance to the beach is less then 10 min. Definitely a place to keep in mind for the future!

maison pas propre du tout

A notre arrivée, la maison avait été utitisée sans être nettoyée: poils de barbe dans le lavabo, excréments dans les toilettes, un yaourt à moitié mangé sous le lit, les miroirs « crépis », de la nourriture sur le bar de la cuisine ainsi que sous la table de la salle à manger, de la confiture et du beurre sur la nappe de la cuisine, des chewing-gums sous le lit, une dose physiologique à moitié utilisé à côté des verres de la cuisine, le four et le micro-onde étaient remplis de graisse, draps sales pour la chambre parentale,... Concernant la piscine qui est à la base une belle piscine profonde et agréable mais malheureusement, celle-ci était verte à notre arrivée.. La propriétaire connaissait notre date d’arrivée depuis plusieurs mois donc le traitement aurait dû être fait bien avant notre arrivée. Ayant une piscine à la maison, nous connaissons les traitements utilisés dans le cas d’une eau verte et il est fortement déconseillé de se baigner dans les 72h qui suivent le traitement. Nous trouvons totalement inconscient de la part du concierge qui s’occupait de la piscine et du papa de la propriétaire de nous dire que nous pouvions nous baigner le lendemain sachant que nous avons 7 enfants en bas âge. Nous avons donc pu utiliser la piscine qu'à la moitié de notre séjour alors que nous avions choisi cette maison pour la piscine. La terrasse sur le toit était inutilisable car il n'y avait pas toutes les installations proposées sur le site.

Villa Jasmine

We had a wonderful week at this spacious residence. The pool was lovely and a special treat. The property has a large well kept yard that was perfect for four children. The house was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

villa de rêve pour se détendre

Espace, calme, piscine très bien entretenue et idéale pour nager et plonger. Toujours un endroit avec de l'ombre où se reposer. Chambres et salons spacieux. Plage à proximité calme et propre, 5 mn à pied. Inconvenient, besoin d'une voiture ou des taxis pour aller en centre ville mais gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans la villa Jasmine et de l'accueil très chaleureux des propriètaires

Quelle piscine !

Très grande maison "comme sur les photos", avec une grande cuisine bien équipée. Mais l'atout majeur est la magnifique (et grande) piscine avec les terrasses autour. Parfaitement idéal pour les familles ! Le quartier n'est pas extraordinaire, mais Sousse n'est pas loin si besoin.

Très grande et jolie maison avec un extérieur très confortable pour une grande famille, idéalement située à quelques pas de la plage. La piscine pour enfants est très pratique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Myriam et ses parents ! Merci et à bientôt !

Idéal pour des vacances en famille

Une grande maison conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Possible de passer toute la journée dehors malgré la chaleur car bcp d'endroits ombragés. Cuisine toute équipée. Belle piscine et la plage à proximité. Contact facile avec notre hôte. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.

Pas d eau chaude à l arriver ni chauffagedonc soir arriver jeudi et vendredi matin Douche gelee nuit très froide avec deux enfants bas âgés.annoncee 4salles de bains à l arriver 2 salles de bains et une salle de douche très vétusté.sinon dans L ensemble séjour agréable je tiens à signaler notre départ Le mercredi 17 fin après midi donc une nuit non passer à la villa.

Avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, grande villa pouvant accueillir plusieurs familles, les photos sont conformes à la réalité, la piscine est grande les terrasses sont bien aménagées, eau courante toute la journée, cuisine bien équipée, fonctionnelle. Le papa de Myriam était à l'écoute. Néanmoins , le petit bémol c'est que le wifi- bien que mentionné sur l'annonce - n'est pas disponible ce qui est handicapant quand on travaille avec, de plus le barbecue semble dérisoirement petit en rapport avec la villa immense!!!! Toute fois je la recommanderai à mes amis.
