The pool very small on the second floor and very hard to get to. the private beach advertised is actually part of a cafe and does not extend to the beach, you also have to rent the chairs and umbrella. The Spa, Hammam, Gym, pool bar…. all shut down not open for business. The best one is the sandy island on the website next to the hotel, it is actually a 15 min walk from the hotel and it is a rocks large bolder island with no palms…. The hotel parking...

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」
