「If you like noise until all hours of the day and night with endless kids screaming at two in the morning and boom boom uncontrollable noise then ok. Loads of kids get dropped off in to swim in the pool. No security to stop them making a racket. I had to get up at two in the morning and ask them to stop the noise. Never can this place be four stars!! Building is outdated and on its last legs!! Stay away it’s awful!!」

「Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. 」

「Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc . What I didn't like was being asked...

「Miryam was amazing and very welcoming. I felt I was at home. The area was safe and well lit up. The house was very cosy and authentic. Thank you so much x」

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」

「Stayed for 2 nights was put in garden view room but all I could see was top of building which was noisy they did say we could change but the room was far to walk so decided to stay air conditioning wasn’t working so was really hot had to leave balcony door open and was constant noise which was a pain someone came out but issue wasn’t resolved I put the cleaning sign on door but cleaner changed the towels and left room uncleaned and took the sign so we couldn’t use again food was ok repetitive...

「Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Recommend」

「Bon rapport qualité-prix, Chambre propre et personnel accueillant」

「I liked mr kamal of the bar... And miss soussou.. Love her」

「Next to train station, beach, and medina, excellent location. Indoor heated pools with whirlpools was fantastic. Staffs were helpful.」
