Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. “This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person. “Nice, central hotel. Close to the Medina and marina. The room was large and comfortable, though tired looking. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Tables were not always clean, I guess it is out of season and there are fewer staff. Overall a good option.”

“The host have been more than friendly during our stay. We arrived late and were warmly welcomed. When we had an accident the Lady host was alway at our side, organizing everything and being with us in hospital all the time. This was fabulous and we could feel the warmth of this people. A good house, with good food and good bed you can find at many places in the world. A hotel were you find people with a pure heart and helping you 100% when you feel lost is not easy to find.
