「You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. 」

「Start with the staff: they are fabulous! Your stay begins with a tour of the property - which is located in 3 adjoining buildings. Staff assisted us with parking, which is tricky. You park in a gas station about 8 minutes by foot from the property. She rode with us and spoke to the gas station manager on our behalf. 「This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person. 「J ai aimé le cadre et le calme et la gentillesse du personnel. Les soins du SPA très professionnels. La restauration est bien mais je n ai pas aimé le vin qui était de mauvaise qualité et difficulté de trouver cuillère et petites cuillères. Le restaurant gastro n'était pas là la hauteur de nos espérances : service et nourriture; Pour le reste c'était tres bien.」
