「Our room had a smelly bathroom and despite that we reported it several times they didn’t do anything! Also there was a strong detergent smell in the lobby as if they were have a sewage problem and tried to cover up the bad odor!」

「So much noise in most areas of the hotel such as heavy broken service doors used frequently by staff causing loud noise every minute, construction works and unscheduled maintenance using heavy machines that causing huge level of noise too. The room phones are NOT working too so you can’t call the reception to report any noises or any emergency. 「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」
