“While I generally refrain from leaving negative reviews, as a seasoned traveler, I must note that the service provided fell below the standards expected of a four or five-star establishment. The check-in process with Ousemma was quite difficult, as the level of assistance provided felt begrudging rather than professional. I would like to gently suggest that guests are essential to the success and continued operation of the hotel. Although the room was satisfactory at first glance, I discovered……

“Dirty room all around.Bed sheets were never replaced.You have to beg to get towels & toilet tissue replenished! Huge potential for the beach & it’s decent atm. Food served at the restaurant are always from previous meal & recycled. The worst is cleanliness & hygiene .Cockroach & flies are everywhere. No one is prepared to help or do their job as per description!”

“Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”
