"The hotel has a bit of historical vibe, but the hallways have a slight musty smell. The room itself is normal and acceptable, but when I turned on the AC, it felt stuffy and humid. After mentioning it to the front desk, they provided us with a fan, which solved the issue. Later, I noticed their notice in the room mentioning the AC problem, and I took a photo of it to share here."

"It’s close to Piccadilly station but not Piccadilly garden, thus not close to the city centre nor shopping / restaurants/ supermarkets. During my stay, first day they do housekeeping but the second day they skipped. We called ar the evening, receptionist said they will arrange housekeeping for us, but after half an hour, when we went to receptionist to ask again while we’re heading out for dinner, they said housekeeping was off duty and could only send us towels etc to our room. Also, false alarm rang on both mornings. In the first morning at around 10-11am, false alarm was on, some residents and us went to the corridor and asked the housekeeping lady, she just told us to ignore. In the second morning, false alarm was On again at around 9:30am. Quite disappointed and unacceptable for a hotel overall. "
