“Firstly the accommodation was very clean and modern, it allowed us the opportunity to experience city life and travel to MANCHESTER was very easy, However there seemed to be some administrative issues and communication wasn’t great. We didn’t hear from the venue until 3.25pm despite being able to access the rooms from 3pm. We had no access code and when asked were informed to wait until after 3pm, thankfully at 3.25 we were given the code.
In addition, we paid for a superior city view……

“Room was very clean and modern with good maintenance even in such a historical building. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Limited parking spaces onsite but there’s an alternative parking option offsite nearby with discount offered by the hotel. Nice hotel overall. Would be even better if there was a fridge inside the room.”
