「The property was in a great location, however there were several things wrong. Upon entry to the property, your greeted with a very musty/moldy smell. The property is very hot which would normally be okay with me but this unit is on the first floor and the windows are not caged so I was uncomfortable leaving windows open for ventilation. 「This is not a hotel but rather an apartment rental. The wifi was not working and the place was infested with termites. We had to leave in the middle of the night because there were termites all over the bed. We were promised a refund but only received a partial refund. Stay in a real hotel and avoid this place. Oh they’re also doing construction next door. 」

「This hotel is located in a traditional house of the old Lima. It is beautifully kept. The staff is incredible. Ice and helpful. The breakfast excellent with local produce, fresh fruits, marmalades and other dishes. A real pleasure to wake up to that every day. We took as a rage a couple times of the rooftop with cocktails and a light meal. The location is great in the heart of the bohemian Barranco neighborhoods

It was really filthy. The sheets were completely yellow, and there were blue stains on the blanket—possibly toothpaste, but I’m not sure. The towels and bath towels had visible stains, and there was dust accumulated for years behind the headboard and deep in the corners of the floor.
