「The hotel was beautiful and was fun to learn the history. We had the room at the top with the large balcony and it was one of the best views we’ve had at a hotel. What really made it special was the staff, they were so kind and helpful and made us feel at home. Thank you for such a great experience!」

Muy limpio, la cama comodísima, todo lo demas funcionaba de 10. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos ahí.」

「I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed.」

「Fauna Hotel is located at mid-hill level of Valparaiso and visit to historic buildings can be done in foot. The hotel also lies in restricted area where large vans are forbidden to enter. Passengers and luggages have to be dropped off the main road and there is a distance of 10 min walk to move between the hotel and drop off location.
