Feedback on My Stay – sorry for the late feedback, I just recovered from the busy weekend travels.Thank you, Paula and team, for staying in touch throughout—your communication really stood out. I genuinely enjoyed my three-night stay—the unit felt cozy, well-kept, and peaceful.As an addition to the previous constructive feedback: the online photos made the space look perfect, but the reality on arrival was a little different. I’d much rather see honest, modest descriptions and be pleasantly surprised than feel let down by overhyped promises, due to cleaning procedures. Accurate advertising keeps expectations realistic and guests genuinely happy.Welcoming Folder: I couldn’t find it, there was none visible. It was in the cupboard above the stove and it appeared outdated with squashed /empty pockets. I would recomment replacing new clear booklets in a prominent location, featuring modern canvas-style designs (2 stores have varieties). Laundry: The washer and dryer were fantastic, but I couldn’t find any laundry powder. Including some or a quick note on where to locate it would be super helpful.Organization: The drawers in the bathroom and the kitchen had loose parts and random items scattered inside. Tidying these up and labeling them—maybe with non-slip labels for utensils, pots, cooking tools, and trash—would make things much easier to find and elevate the guest experience.Safety: The iron cord was left loose/hanging, which could be a tripping hazard.
