Lovely brand new town house in a small complex one block from the beach. Lovely for walking on the beach and the pier. Very relaxing as everything is so clean and new and tidy - just lovely for a quick get away and some sea air - thank you

Perfect in every way!

This property was so close to Brighton Beach, spotless and had every amenity you could want. The owner even made up the sleeper sofa for us since we had 3 people!! Lovely brand new condos that were safe,extremely comfortable beds, quiet and beautiful would definitely stay again!!

Review

The property was well presented and aesthetically pleasing, However as senior citizens (both over 85) we did have some minor problems. 1. the lack of a dedicated loading/unloading area meant carrying our luggage quite a long distance. 2. The steepness of the staircase was bordering on dangerous. 3. The loose floor rug was a tripping haszard, so we removed it for our stay, only to find that it had probably never been cleaned underneath. So from my personal experience I would not recommend the property for senior citizens
