The suite is quite spacious and would be super for family travel. Two bedrooms with king-size mattress, washer, refrigerator. Hotel has a mini garden at the third floor, making a super green and nice environment for all guests.

Everything good except need big need to improve the followings: (1)shower door/fence not in full size, water can easily spill out to floor, creating potential danger (2)shower door/fence is glass, easily clashed with basin, highly dangerous (3)bathroom shared between 2 rooms but no lock, very embarrassing for guests of different sex!

Good hotel for City walk.
Room is spacious, but no window or air ventilation system in every bedroom, hard to breath when bed, only living room equipped with an air conditioner but no help for all bedrooms. Good frontdesk people, very nice location in the city.

Very good service
Excellent staff. I left my water bottle in the hotel after checked out, they kept it for me for more than a week after I emailed them. This was out of my expectation. They also very accomodated to my request of late breakfast. Very impressive. Overall, the room is spacious and well equiped. Very pleasant stay.

Friendly staff, convenient location
Rooms are bigger than I thought. The floor of the kitchenette area is a bit oily. Other areas are clean and tidy. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. There is a free parking area using hotel access card, next to the paid parking area.

Well appointed 1 bedroom apartment with balcony across from City Hall. Full kitchen, washing machine in unit. Much of downtown Christchurch is walkable. We really enjoyed our stay at Fino!

The Fino served our purpose well. It was close to the CBD but not right in it. The CBD was very walkable for two people in their early 60's. There was a tram station a little over a block away at the Quake City exhibit which made getting into the CBD much easier. We liked the kitchenette in the suite. We were able to find a small convenience store a block away across from the Casino. The negative which was not a negative for us was that the in hotel restaurant had closed two weeks before and was not available for use. However, we did eat breakfasts in our suite each morning so was not an issue

Comfortable and cosy.
Was a nice place to stay, very quiet and handy to bus stop across road and to town. Comfortable. No robes as advertised so that was a bit disappointing. Clean and tidy. The wet-floor shower makes a mess and water goes everywhere. Not a lot of hot water for family of four. Great staff that were very helpful. Would stay here again!
