“It is very secure with good parking. A great location. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. the internet failed the last day.”

“Beautiful, green grounds and a spotlessly clean property. The staff were the highlight: warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. The location works well too. You're in Kambanji, about 10 minutes from most of the eastern suburbs, so Highland Park, La Parada, Mozambik, Ocean Basket and Upstate are all an easy drive. Mukuvisi Woodlands and the city galleries are close enough for a half day out, and Wild Is Life near the airport is worth the trip……

“Great room comfy bed great breakfast. Negative-got there at 8pm after a long 12 hour drive from mana pools, the kitchen staff made us a nice dinner of pork chops and rice but overcharged quite a bit. 15 usd/plate for one chop rice and veggies. But we were grateful to have a meal without having to head back out into town”

“A remarkable place, a place that truly feels peaceful. Wonderful accommodations, scenery, staff, and food.”

“Owner is available 24/7. Staff Chihera did an exceptional job and is always smiling. Amenities in standard rooms need to be upgraded. Enjoyed the meals and friendly staff. The airport shuttle is awesome! I recommend it highly.”

“The staff were incredibly kind and the food was just perfect, a home cooked meal but the flavor was amazing. We ate there every night! 10/10 would go back!”

“The place was a home away from home very nice place big soft comfy bed, very friendly staff very willing to make your stay as you would like. Food was cooked to your liking anything you chose the cooks wanted to cook it for you.”

“Site states it provides free shuttle to and from airport. But staff will try and chest you for 35 usd each way .. in cash ... Had to waste hours with Expedia still site refused tunyil I ask for charge machine and a recite. Too which they finally agree to derive.. do not trust or book. ”

“This place is running a bait and switch operation. We booked a room for 5 people, since the listing said there were 5 beds and it could accommodate up to 10 people. But when our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) showed up, they were told they get 1 room with 1 bed. Our group was then repeatedly harassed until we paid for another room in order to not have all 5 in 1 bed. So they basically sell you one room, but then make you pay twice the cost - a classic bait and switch. Even if it had been……

“My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at Highlands. The grounds are beautiful. The room was very comfortable as well. The staff is excellent: super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.”
