"We had a great stay at Bahia Resort and would definitely consider coming back. The location is hard to beat—it's within walking distance of Mission Beach (about a 6-minute walk) and just a short drive to SeaWorld, making it perfect for families. The resort is very kid-friendly. Our children absolutely loved seeing the seals on site and had a great time in the pool. The private beach was nice for relaxing, but we preferred walking over to Mission Beach since it offered more of the beach experience we were looking for. The food exceeded our expectations. In-room service was consistently delicious, and the Airstream food was a great option for a quick bite. We also appreciated the gift shop, which had reasonably priced souvenirs compared to nearby stores. The staff throughout the resort was friendly and welcoming, but Mara at the Dockside Restaurant truly stood out. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with our children, making them feel comfortable during our breakfast before we departed. The breakfast itself was excellent, with generous portions and great quality. There are a couple of areas where the resort could improve considering the price point. The fitness center is quite small, should have a bigger area with better equipment. Also, the guestrooms could benefit from some updating and maintenance. Overall, Bahia Resort offers a wonderful family-friendly experience with an unbeatable location, excellent food, and outstanding service."
