"A great place to stay. Straight across from the train station and surrounded by hundreds of shops and restaurants. Tram and bus stops right outside, so it is very convenient for sightseeing. Great view of Sakurajima from the lobby window. Room was smallish but functional and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests. Another one I will definitely return to ."

"Great location right next to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, very convenient and clean hotel with polite staff. However, the full-size bed was quite uncomfortable—the mattress felt uneven and not level, which made it hard to sleep well. Good for location, but bedding needs improvement."

"The room was clean, the staff are all courteous, it's in a very good location. However, regarding breakfast if you decide to have a late one, some of the dishes have already run out or not replaced on time."
