A wonderful hotel. The hotel is very nice and modern. The room is very spacious. I enjoy the public bath a lot.

Always our preferable stay in Kagoshima
Have full array of services and food. Astonished to be so new and clean for 10+ years everytime we stay. Onsen and massage opened till 11pm thanks vm!

Recommended.
The service of staff at the front desk is very good. They are friendly and professional. The room is comfortable and the size is reasonable. Furnitures are clean but a bit old. The hot spring is not really very big. The restaurant for breakfast is not in the main building. The food there is good but choices are too few. There is a convenience store at 3 minutes walking distance. The town centre with a lot shops and restaurants is just also in 2-3 minutes driving. I may choose this hotel again.
Clean and big room. Walkable distance to aeon mall.

very bad check in experience
i have booked two room nights, economy and standrard, however i refused to pay extra money to upgrade. hotel asked me to checked out the next day and then checked in for the next room type. it was unacceptable. tried to make a complaont but the management did not react/response to me till my whole stay. very bad checkin experience i had ever met in Japan.
still, i would like to make a complaint to the hotel but i have lost my patience. hope this experience will make guests to alert if they want to stay there :(
i made myself thought i was staying in a Air BnB instead of a hotel as they were not providing any hotel services but charging me hotel price. what a pretty.

they did not provide and hotel services
unpleasnat checkin process. they asked me to pay yen2000 to upgrade economy room type to standard room type and i rejected. they asked me to check out the economy room the next day and wait to check in a standard room which i could not accept. asking to speak to their manager, replied manager qas not around and asked again to speak to their supervisor, then replied manager was coming. i left the reception counter and waited at the main door. a man, looked as manager arrived at the counter but did not approach me. my room key and breakfast tickets were collected via a lady stood at the main door. nobody approached me afterwards. so, i will not go back to the reception counter anymore even my checkout after 2 days stay.
