“First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks. “There were no towels in the room. Called to ask or some and was told I would have to come to the office to get them since the cleaning crew had gone home for the day. Shower curtain was stained and needed to be replaced. Looked like someone covered with grease had showered and gotten grease soap spattered on it. I requested a king room at booking ended up with 2 queen beds. bed was very comfortable and it made for a good night's sleep. Overall, it wasn't bad and I would stay there again.”
