“Thus antebellum building is a gem. The checking staff was fantastic and perfect hospitality. The blur has plenty of neat nooks and crannies and a fantastic porch and good patio. The room was comfy, and did have a TV. Easy to get coffee, tea, water, and ice nearby. Lovely time sitting on the porch. Breakfast was fair, but not much better than you’d get at a comfort Inn with fewer selections. The location is literally in the middle of town, which might be outstanding, depending on what’s……

I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks.
