「First of all, the place is sumptuous. About as close to five star as Natchez can get. David and his partner run a beautiful ship. An aesthetic pleasure. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and I had my own ground floor exit. Close to anything you would want to do in town. And David is a Southern delight. The real thing, full of mirth and good stories about local life. Hope to return soon.」

「If you’re looking for privacy, you’ve got it here! Perfect for a small group to relax near the water for a few days, has everything in the kitchen you’d need to prep dinner and the porch is a perfect chill spot. Steep driveway and it’s out in the sticks, but we loved it.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Carriage Cottage very much. The owner was very accommodating to our needs. Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped, and king bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion is to change out the sofa in living area to something more comfortable. Hope we can stay again sometime.」

The Pearl is walking distance to the many attractions in downtown Natchez and just a short drive to many more. If I ever find myself in the region again I’ll definitely go back!」

「My husband and I stayed at the Pillars for 3 nights. It was our first time to visit Natchez and the stay in a historic home was a wonderful part of our experience. The house is convenient to many of the pilgrimage home tours we took and close to other attractions in historic Natchez. We had a great breakfast each morning at the Guest House Inn and Restaurant via a voucher from our hosts. The property was very private and quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on. ...

「It was really nice. I stayed in the out lying rooms. There are huge columns across the porch with rocking chairs. They were named after the actors from the movie filmed in Natchez “The Horse Soldiers” 」

「The property is a beautiful old historic home and the owners did a tour which was very interesting. The rooms are quaint but quite small and full of potentially breakable things so need to be less cluttered. The mattress was not good and the bed really creaked. They give you breakfast and I emailed to say I had a food allergy but this was ignored which was all a bit awkward as no choice. The place is peaceful and quiet and well situated for the historical homes tour.」
