「We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. 」

「The room is big, but lack of furniture. We have 2 persons staying in the room. But there is only 1 chair, no sofa. I got an additional chair (probably from restaurant) after my request. There is no desk, but only a self attached to the wall to hold the stuff. No heading board for the beds. The bed side tables were simply metal coffee table. In the toilet, again no table top, very limited space to put my toiletries. No towel rack, but only 2 hooks. No place to put the towels. And no hand...

「Nice hotel, staff very friendly, amenities good and plenty of bars and shops in local area. The only downside I found with my stay is the air conditioning will only adjust down by 2c, which just isn’t enough on the hottest day of the year and to compound the issue, the duvets are a winter tog and not suitable for summer.」

「Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with...

「We just had the best time in Toulouse and it has everything to do with the hotel and the location. The hotel is very well maintained and managed. Staff is very helpful and accomodating. Rooms are clean and spacious, location was ideal, the breakfast in the mornings was just what you want to start the day. All in all a 10/10 recommendation for anyone staying in Toulouse.」
