“We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. ”

“This is a good option in Toulouse. It is a 20 minute walk to the center of the town but there is a subway station 5 minute from the hotel. It is mostly a student hotel. As our room was over an exterior area, it got a little bit noisy later in the day. Breakfast was very good. Check in was a breeze.”

“Very nice, modern and clean hotel a few minutes of walk from Capitole. Breakfast was excellent, with hot scrambled eggs, potato patties and bacon, or you could boil eggs per your wish. Salami, cheese, several types of breads with butter, pastries, pancakes with jams, peanut butter, berries sauce. Excellent coffee machine and many options for tea. I had the comfort room, modern and clean, with bathrobes and slippers. The shower water pressue was excellent. Everything was great!”

“Very walkable and convenient location. Felt like we were locals. Was a bit difficult for Ubers / taxis to locate on a map, just because it was tucked away on a side street, but no big deal. Everything was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. ”
