“Property was lovely, they’d added even more amenities than when we booked, it was wonderful. My only suggestion is to write down your check in code or the wifi BEFORE you get there, we had no service until we were able to access wifi so couldn’t access any messages to reach out, thankfully we saw another guest after 10-15mins and they gave us the wifi. Other than that the stay was lovely.”

“Great location - close to the beach (2 min drive) and to near by towns for shopping and food. Kayaks was a nice touch! The place was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, we did notice an odour throughout the stay. We found that by opening windows, running the fan and using a candle, we were able to reduce it.”

“This property was beautiful but it was lacking a deck out the two sliding glass doors off the main room, there was just a 3 ft drop. There was no outside seating either, host told us there were rocks by the really old picnic table by the lake. Nothing close to the house though. The side door that was marked emergency exit had no lock on it, just a towel stuffed where the lock would be this had a 3 foot drop off to the ground as well. The property was beautiful and it was super easy to check……

“The RV was clean enough with ample bedding and towels. We did miss having a coffee maker or expresso machine - they had a coffee press. Because you're in a RV, one needs to be aware of what is drawing power so you don't overload the circuit. The fireplace was nice as we had cool fall weather - just don't use the microwave or kettle with it on! Loved the deck to get some morning sun and used the BBQ. Oh, the water has a sulfur smell, but the filter for the drinking water took care of that. ……

“Vicky and Troy’s cottage is fantastic. So comfortable in every way, with lots of thoughtful amenities. The entire cottage was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are super cozy. Offering a stunning view of the ocean, it’s a great location to use as a home base while exploring this beautiful part of Nova Scotia. Super responsive and friendly hosts made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend a stay here!”
