「Lovely first impression. Bed was comfortable though a little small. Great facilities. Close to beach and shops. Only down side for us was the pet friendly back garden had no connectivity to the house. Only useable gate was next to the garage which meant walking out to the front driveway to access and she couldn’t be left. Also access to under the house was a concern. Inside was no problems. We would happily visit again.」

「The apartment is within 10 mins drive to the twelve Apostles which is very convenient. It is very near Cowes town where there is takeaways/ restaurants and supermarkets as well. Cowes beach is also nearby. The apartment facilities are clean and new. However, we are on Apartment 6 which means we need to drag our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs as there’s no lift. Also, there is only one air conditioner in the dining area and it can be rather cold at night in the rooms. 」

「Clean & fresh. Close to beach, shops & eateries. Air Conditioning in kitchen/living area not working. Very uncomfortable on hot days. Photos showed tri-bunk but not in any bedrooms. Bed in upstairs living area needs fixing. Otherwise well suited to our group with 3 bathrooms & 5 bedrooms. Should say 2 king beds, 3 queens so that you have the appropriate bedding.」

「Oceans Reach was the perfect getaway for our family. It was beautiful inside, plenty of space, modern and beautifully renovated. The whole property was fenced off and it felt so private and all for us to enjoy. It was perfect for my elderly parents with mobility issues and my toddler. No steps or tricky surfaces. Can’t wait to come back :).」

「We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.」
