The room was generally great and the pricing is reasonable. Check-in process information was received by email and was comprehensive enough to work. However, there didn't seem to be a single staff member onsite which gives a certain abandoned vibe to the whole place. I also had to do some low level hunting to find my room as a result. Room walls are a little thin, could hear TV in adjacent room pretty easily. The room facilities and condition was great though and the location is also excellent.

Beautiful location just slightly away from the main strip in Cowes but easy walk. Room was clean and spacious with a nice view out to the port. Underground parking makes you feel safe and secure.

Beautiful room looking out onto the beach. The floor in the bathroom is very very slippery, and the Jets in the spa needed a run as grit came out of them. But everything else was perfect. Very conveniently situated.

Had an excellent stay here. Very clean, well furnished.Check in was very easy after instructions emailed before hand. Super comfy bed with modern large flatscreen tv. I like the secure parking underneath also. I would gladly enjoy a cool drink from my balcony at The Waves anytime.

A perfect place to stay

A perfect place to stay. Within walking distance to the nicest restaurants and so close to the markets and nightlife. The room was so nice and spacious with lots of storage. The only thing I would like is a full size ironing board. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property was on 3rd floor had a lift tho which was great. Room was huge , nearly a full kitchen so you could easily stay a week if u wanted. Bed was pretty comfy , bathroom was massive with a spa bath . Good size fridge . Only real downside was the tv was the size of a computer monitor. For over 300 per night an upgrade to the tv wouldn’t hurt . Overall great location and clean .
