“Disappointing Experience – Unreliable and Unprofessional Service The night before check-in, the owner unexpectedly questioned an already confirmed and paid booking. Upon arrival, it became apparent that the property had been double-booked and was unavailable. An alternative property was offered, but its condition and location were deeply concerning. Situated beside a junkyard, the accommodation was accessible only via several stairs leading to a small basement-style unit. Local residents also……

“The check-in staff was rude and unclear, never explained facilities and never directed us to our room.”

“Best for travellers waiting to catch an early flight or those arriving late at night. . We enjoyed their breakfast.”

“I like its facilities with both bath 🛁 and showers. Big kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Very well equipped indeed. I also like it's location near the pier, just minutes walk for outlying islands ferries.”

“Although I ordered sea view room for three nights, I was very disappointed that the room was above the kitchen, so the whole room smelled of smoke !!!”

“This hotel is brand new and great has a nice pool has a washing machine and dryer in each room. I made a mistake and booked on October 12th the 13th because I arrived at 4:50 a.m. as opposed to booking October 11th October 12th on a non-refundable hotel room when I realized what I did I called them and they let me stay in the room from 6:00 in the morning to 12:00 in the afternoon to catch my cruise. They were extremely healpul arranged a taxi for me to get to the cruise port and we're great……

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Nalagi, and everything else was good. However, one area that needs improvement is the luggage assistant service. We had eight pieces of luggage and waited for quite some time for a porter to assist us, both on arrival and departure. After calling reception twice, we were repeatedly told,”he is coming“. Unfortunately, after waiting for more than 30 minutes nobody turned up. Eventually, we decided to move all eight pieces of luggage ourselves. The lift situation was……
