“When we arrived after 9:00 PM, the reception was already closed, and the security guard appeared frustrated with our late arrival. He did provide us with our room key and escorted us to the room. Upon entering, we discovered that the air conditioning unit had leaked condensation, flooding around the bed in the room. We immediately notified the security guard and showed him the issue. The AC unit was serviced the following day; however, in the meantime, we had to use our bath towels to clean up……

“I was a little disappointed when I thought the room I booked had an ocean view and it did not. The building is nice, clean and staffs were friendly and courteous. Tiles on floor need to be replaced since some had cracks in them and some parts of the building can use some fresh paints. The Buffett breakfast was good.”
