“Our stay here was perfect! The house is large and has plenty of private and shared spaces for a big group. We had 13 people (6 adults, 6 kids and 1 infant) and the bedroom layout was great. There is only one en-suite bedroom, but there are plenty of full bathrooms to go around on each floor. There is AC in every bedroom and common space, so the entire house was nice and cool, and we were there in July! The kitchen and dining room in the outside sunroom was great! “We had a very nice stay over New Years Eve with a group of 7 adults and 3 little children. Patrizia‘s place is clean, very cozy, and offers plenty of space for everybody. We especially liked that there were bathrooms for almost every bedroom. The view is amazing. It’s a nice location to do small trips to close-by villages . Communication went very well and Patrizia was very responsive. We would recommend it!”
