“Apartment was immaculate. Everything looked fairly new from a remodel, it was well designed. Huge walk in closets in both bedrooms which was so wonderful. Apartment is very well maintained, kitchen bigger than expected, well stocked, coffee pods and cleaners. Parking on site big perk. Location was great! There’s a little drive through store across the way a couple of blocks which has snacks, beer etc. I was very comfortable and would stay again! ”

“Lovely stay for an extended work trip. It was the perfect balance of fun getaway (in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and cafes nearby) and practical cozy spot to come home to (with all the amenities). ”

Check-in was easy and straightforward, and the place itself was nice and exactly as described.The only minor thing was some noise from upstairs neighbors, but that's definitely not the host's fault and didn't take away from our overall experience. “This was a good stay but I would not say it was 10/10. For one, it is not made clear in the listing that there is an exterior door in the bedroom that leads directly to the parking lot (1st floor unit). Everything was fine, the door locks, but it made me uncomfortable the first two nights. The “patio” area is also the entrance to the parking lot. The bed was comfortable but there was no duvet cover, just a bottom and top sheet laid over it, so there’s no way to really wash the blanket between……

“The place was very clean and nice just like the pictures. Host was easy to get ahold of and gave updates and check ins. House is easy to find and in a good place. ”

“Had some issues with water. Figured it out and let them know (fridge issue, very responsive by owners). There were only 4 towels for 4 people. Light was burnt out in one of the bedrooms. No ironing board but they did have an ironing matt delivered, we brought our own iron. The hot water was disconnect to the sink, my husband turned that on so we could wash dishes we used. Could use a little cleaning. Would stay again if needed. Location was great for our visit to the area. ”

“This unit has a great downtown location if you're looking to be in the heart of the action—but be aware that weekend noise is intense, with partying well into the night. Light sleepers, bring earplugs.The condition of the unit leaves a lot to be desired. The main door has a visible gap at the top, which not only lets in outdoor light but raises security and comfort concerns. We also spotted two roaches during our stay, which unfortunately suggests there could be more.There’s a real lack of……
