The property is old needs a serious renovation. I didn’t like having to leave a $50 deposit for a non smoking fee. This hotel didn’t have any guess. Parking lot empty except for the employees and construction workers.

This property is terrible. Dirty and damaged in the room. Charged my card a $50 hold for no smoking room. I had to wait for them to verify the room had not been smoked in. But the charge went into my card. It might be a National chain but it is not up to their standard.

I didnt like anything about the place very different from online photos. The pool was closed. Couldnt get clean towels or an extra blanket. My room got changed 3 times because of the conditions of the room. I advise no one ever go there. The place should be shut down.

We had a quiet stay while sleeping. The hotel is severely outdated. Trash cans over flowing, carpet is nasty, elevator floor was sunken in. Dirty bathroom and breakfast area. I was disappointed that Baymont approved this franchise.

The hallway smelled of pot, the linens had holes, the curtains had holes, the smoke detector was beeping we were told to take the batteries out of it, there was no staff to take care of it, there was a sign I noticed as I was checking out it stated that they do not clean everyday. There was a used dirty needle laying on the first floor stair landing, one morning we did manage to find some breakfast in the lobby. The other two mornings there was nothing but cold cereal. I would not stay there again and I will not take the chance on staying at Baymont hotel. The owners of the hotel do not seem to care what condition the hotel is in and apparently Baymont doesn’t care about their reputation.

This place sucks
The bed sheets has blood stains on them. The shower only has one temperature. The floor of the elevator felt like rotting boards. The hotel attendant apologized for anything and everything but would do nothing to fix any problems. The fridge has no shelves in it. Will never stay here again

it took a long time to wait for check in because two people had the same room and the issue had to be resolved. next i was asked if i would accept a room type other than what i purchased. the tv did not work in the room that i checked into. we were moved to another room that had an odor. the left arm of the couch was worn through and inside exposed. the desk chair was worn bare. the breakfast had an empty milk pitcher and other items were sparse. no jelly. i did not receive my requested wake up call. it was an unpleasant expeerience. ron fleischman

Unless you want a contact high I wouldn't stay.
To not be charged an additional fee when booking online as a deposit (which was NOT disclosed online) we paid more for a smoking room which wasn't as awful as I thought it would be. Room smelt & looked cleaner than expected. Check in was easy and employees were pleasant however elevators were very dirty, the right hand side elevator shook when descending and dipped in when entering which freaked my 6 year old out. My biggest issue was we couldn't walk in or out of our room without passing through a cloud of marijuana smoke with my kids whom ended up with a contact high. The entire 4th floor was one cloud smoke after another. It was ridiculous!

This hotel is not as advertised, dirty and poor condition. Our room had nails and tack stripes sticking out of the floor as it transitioned into the bathroom. Our keys were deactivated daily and ended up locked out of our room multiple times. The pool was nasty looking to the point I would not get on it for fear of ruining my bathing suit. As well as, I could not smell chlorine at all and believe there was probably very little of any in the pool. This hotel was extremely substandard and if you plan on staying here make sure your tetanus shot is up to date as there are many rusty nails, tack strips, and metal sticking out of the floor. Stay at your own risk..

Three party and hotel failed
This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I payed for a non-smoking room two weeks in advance. When we arrived, there was no non-smoking rooms available. We were told it's an a first come first serve basis. My question is, so why pay in advance for a room you don't have a guarante it will be available when you arrive? The front desk staff offered me a smoking room, which I didn't take as we don't smoke. As the hotel we're not able to accommodate, they stated to contact hotels.com for a full refund. It took me a total of three hours on the phone on two different days to accomplish the full refund. I will never ever use hotels.com nor will stay in a Baymount in my life! Stay away!

When we arrived and went up to our room, the room wasn’t ready, and someone had been sick in the bathroom. They changed us to a new room, where the floor was sticky and the bedcovers had holes. MOST DISGUISTING NASTY MOTEL ON EARTH..Zero cleaning service, Raggedy broken elevators, Boarded up empty salvage junkyard rooms. No clean towel service, No trash service. The carpet was not clean. There was burn holes in the bedding. The blinds/curtains were falling down. Above the light fixtures beside the beds was very thick with dust. There was a big empty space where maybe a microwave had once been. There was no kleenex to be had. The breakfast was not very good. The bathroom could've been cleaner.

Do not stay. The hotel check in was fine. The hotel is in need of major repairs. They say it's under construction, but that is an understatement. The hotel smelled like pot from the hallway to the door. Cops in and out. The floor for the elevator looks new, but it felt like they laid the vinyl and didn't replace what goes underneath. Very scary. The room was nice. The bathroom was dirty. Hair in the shower. Hair in the sink. The front desk kid apologized but sent no one to clean. Web site states they have cots/extra bedding. The front desk kid said they do not. The web site says the pool is open 9a to 9p. That's false too. 3p to 10p. The same kid said. The plexiglass over the lights, right above the pool are hanging. Dangerous situation for swimmers. The "gym" was unlocked. Nothing worked. Again, same line. "Under construction" The side doors to the hotel were not locked. Anyone could walk in. Same with the pool door. Unlocked. We watched people pull in from the street and swim. No towels at the pool. You are told to take your room towels. Yet, no exchanges can be made. Hang them to dry. Breakfast ends promptly at 930a. The "manager" started to run us out at 925A. He was rude and disrespectful. We will never stay at another Baymont. We thought Wyndham was better than this. Guess no.

This place is falling apart, they claim it’s a non smoking place but all you smell is smoke the pool is not well kept the bottom is peeling and sharp all the ice machines are broken no drinks in vending and staff doesn’t care at all bathroom poorly cleaned we checked out early.
