Their amenities is not well-maintained. The water coming from the tap had black stuff (granules) in it and I was disgusted to brush my teeth with. Otherwise, things were fine.

What was posted on their site for this location was beyond misleading. My room had a couple holes in the walls. Water damage on the walls and ceiling. Sing in the bathroom was detached from counter top. Bathroom floor had what looked like mud stains. Carpets were nasty. Eating area was well below standards. Before I stay there again, I'd sleep in my car. Said there was a pool. Well there was a pool area, that was nothing like it was advertised. There was no water in the pool. The common areas had water on the floors by the ice, and snack machines. Worse stay at a hotel ever. Couldn't find another hotel to stay at, due to bowling, baseball, and softball tournaments.

The staff is amazing, my spouse was in a serious accident and they went above and beyond for me while he was bed bound. I was able to go to work without worrying he would not be okay. They gave me a room with a slightly larger fridge so I could lay out his meals each day. They made a really bad and stressful situation easier. The room was large and clean so I didn't have to stress infection getting into the wound.

Staff banged on door every morning @ check out. Even though we stayed multiple nights. We were not informed on breakfast times. Significant other went down to grab breakfast, plate snatched out of hand. Informed breakfast is over. Staff is rude and sexist. I paid for the room. They give guest complimentary snack, and room keys. I will never stay here again!!!

Stayed here as last minute option as it was one of few locations with rooms left. Would never go back. Front desk staff was friendly and that was the only positive. No in room coffee or microwave. Breakfast options were minimal. No in room shampoo or shower soap. Hairdryer broken and hanging off wall. Sink and tiles worn and show signs of attempted repair. toilet did not flush well. Hallways and room condition were very worn. Elevator was a bit scary. Stayed two nights and No housekeeping came for trash nor did they replace used towels with clean towels. Splatters on ceiling and mini blinds were gross.
