「Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....

「This property was really nice, cool vibes and great location for doing anything in downtown Cincy. The trolley stop was at the end of lane, soo easy to get to the stadium and anywhere else we wanted to go - no need to spend extra on an Uber. 「The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It was super clean and included all the amenities you would expect. Check in was easy and the beds were comfortable. 「We so enjoyed the flat we stayed in. All of it was super clean when we arrived, and the beds and furniture area al super comfy. Location is excellent with great restaurants, bars, and shopping within 1-2 blocks. (Go to the bookstore nearby! That place rules...) Kitchen came fully prepared to cook, make drinks, coffee, etc. The coffee maker was stocked with Peets coffee, creamer, and sugar. All appliances were practically brand new.
