Part of the reason we stayed here was the indoor pool. The pool was frigid, and we asked if they could turn the heat up. It never got any warmer during our stay. The front desk was responsive to our other needs. The key card for the parking garage didn't work the best but it is in a convenient location to the hotel. Lots to do around the area if you like walking around.

Gym was well equipped. Pool was suuuuuuper cold. No one wanted to use it. Even other guests. It was always empty. No parking. Just a head's up, will have to pay daily to park across the street. TV system was buggy. Staff are excellent. I can't praise the staff enough. They were awesome.

Bed was comfortable. Staff very nice. Room was clean but smelled mildewy when we first got there. Hallway smelled also. Ice machines didn’t work. Pool was so ice cold we couldn’t stand it. Room was just okay. It was not very clean. Had crusty stains on the chair covered by a pillow and crust on the bathroom door. Espresso martini was delicious. Close proximity (walking distance) to Hard Rock Casino.

Easy to check in and greeted by a great room . Loved the bar and grill. The only little " how come" was that we used the hide-a-bed in the living area. The bathroom was off the living room area. The room was clean, large and comfortable. Oddly, it had a large kitchen area with fridge, microwave, sink, countertop and not a sponge, paper towel, spoon, knife, or fork or even a trash bin with a liner. The restaurant and bar were good but the music was quite loud. They were amenable to turning it down. Easy walking distance to downtown events and numerous restaurants close by.

We felt relaxed at this very cool place Clean hotel with staff that make you feel at home We loved the food at breakfast. Our dinner was amazing but there are several great dining options on the block. I liked the quieter end of the street.

Tub was incredibly slippery, lightbulbs in lamp flickered and only got 2 towels in the bathroom. There also was no place to set your luggage. Having to utilize a room key for the elevators was also annoying.
