The location was perfect for the volleyball tournament we were attending at the Convention Center. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and very nice. There were added touches that were great. Really loved the valet parking so I didn't have to find parking for the tournament. They were so accommodating. The only draw back was there wasn't really any place to eat in the hotel the restaurant wasn't able to handle the crowd.

We actually didn’t get to stay! We booked through expedia and unfortunately the booking went through even though there were no rooms available. It was naturally disappointing but we can't sat enough good things about the staff. The management was attentive and appoligetic. She gave us food vouchers to dine in and the wait staff was kind and informed on our issue. They treated us so well thar we will absolutely be back to enjoy the full experience. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!
