The room is a bit small but this is the Japanese standard, so not an issue. The room and the entire hotel are clean. The staff are helpful and smiley. It is quite convenient as it is just almost next the Shin-Osaka station.

Walking distance to shin Osaka station

We like the fact that it’s a walking distance to the Shin-Ōsaka station. The room size was ok for 2 people. They provided for amenities which is also good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

3 minutes walk from the station

Rooms are small but clean,bed was comfortable and the bathroom also clean. As a layover for the night the hotel was located in great spot, just a couple of minutes walk from Shin Osaka station.

The hotel, staff, amenities and cleanliness was great but it was noisy from being close to the train and construction work. I think double glazed windows to reduce noise would help. The staff is wonderful from the front counter, cleaners and restaurant.

Very bad mattress

The mattress was pretty bad. You can feel the spring on the mattress. Air quality in the room was pretty bad. Bath tub’s wall was dusty. Very convenient location to Shin Osaka station.

Close to East exit of Shin-Osaka station. It's difficult to enter the station with larger baggage as there is only one elevator and no escalator. Hotel was good. Had to ask for ataff assistance in connecting to wifi as password on TV screen is not the proper one. Good breakfast but very busy.

Tiny bed, scaffolding and wall in front of the window, AC only has on/off setting… it’s a cheap place to sleep near the station if you need to catch an early train. For any other purpose go elsewhere.

A bit too noisy for comfort

Too noisy. If you have difficulty sleeping with noise, this hotel is not for you. Located just next to the shinkansen tracks. Its noisy from 7am to 11pm. Hotel is conveniently located 3 mins walk from Shin Osaka station though, with a nice Okonomiyaki restaurant (もんちゃま also known as Monchama) nearby, few shops behind the Family Mart. There is also Matsuya just outside Shin Osaka Station.

The room is tiny and the bathroom is even smaller. I am a relatively short person (1.5meters) and I could barely fit inside. A tall person could simply not get in. The furniture seemed dated and the toilet didn't have the heating that I found everywhere else in Japan. The terrible thing, though, is that it has no noise isolation whatsoever. This is a big deal because the hotel is situated just across the rails of Shin Osaka Station (which is extremely busy) and one must endure the noise of trains passing every 2 minutes during the whole night.
