I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel looked very nice. It was also nice that our room had a kitchen. I did have to switch rooms when I first checked in because the first room had dirty bed linens. The manager, who was very friendly, was very apologetic and immediately switched my room. I would also mention that the mattress was not very comfortable and you could hear street noise very clearly.

We didn't stay for breakfast. The lady at the front desk was amazing. The first room she put us in wasn't clean yet so she upgraded us. The room was nice but smelled like old oil.

Huge nice and newly updated rooms. In general it was clean but there was food in the frig and a cleaning rag left behind in the restroom. Excellent price and value compared to the hotels around UC. Short Uber to campus.

Very clean and modern. No gross carpet anywhere. Tile and luxury vinyl planking only. Quiet. Breakfast was standard....could use some more fruit or fresh items. Staff was very friendly and kind. Parking was easy. Very close to UC. We did not use the pool.

There was urine in one of the mattresses and the towels were stained. We booked for 3 guest and didn’t have any sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. All they offered was a credit to stay there again. I won’t stay there again not even for free.
