This was a wonderful property for our family. The property detail description is accurate. It is located 10 minutes or less from downtown and many other things to do. Communication response with the owner was almost immediate and very helpful. Don’t hesitate to make a reservation for this property. You will be happy you did. For us it was perfect.

Great Pace

Beautiful rental. Good location to everything we were there to do. Had a minor issue at check in with the heat but management corrected it asap. Would definitely stay here again.

GREAT REMODEL

This is a really cool remodeled home. The rooms are a great size and the kids loved that they had their own bed. With 3 KING sized beds you can't go wrong. We loved the exposed brick and original wood floor. There are doors ALL OVER but that made it fun. All of them are secure and locked and no one can go in or out of many of the doors. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the kids enjoyed looking at the fun Cincinnati books the hosts left. Especially the one about the pigs. We attended a Reds game and the drive was quick and easy to get to the ballpark. The neighborhood is safe and the parking on the street was fine. I would highly recommend this house.

Great House for Large Families

We stayed here with our three kids (5, 2, 6 mo) and my in-laws. The house was VERY spacious and having one of the king rooms connecting to a room with two beds was perfect for us to have the kids close by. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances but was lacking in basic spices/seasonings. The coffee bar however was well supplied! Overall the house was very clean and everything functioned as it should. However, if you walk barefoot in the kitchen and/or front room, the bottom of your feet will turn black with dirt. There was nothing noticeable on the floors just built up dirt, but they could use a solid deep clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and we never had any trouble finding parking for our two vehicles next to the house. Several of the neighbors wished us a pleasant stay when we passed them on the street. There is a nice playground about two blocks up the street that is perfect for kiddos to get some energy out in the afternoons before dinner and/or bed. Hose is conveniently located to the Zoo, OTR, and only about a 15 min drive to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
