You're steps away from top-rated restaurants, lively bars, unique boutiques, and just a few minutes walk from TQL Stadium. With the streetcar line at your doorstep, you’ll have easy access to all downtown has to offer.

The Space:
This stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has been fully renovated with modern touches and thoughtful design. The space is both functional and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and your own heating and cooling system for year-round comfort. The master suite features an attached bathroom, offering extra privacy and convenience.

Relax and unwind on the shared rooftop patio, accessible by elevator, with some of the best views in the city. Please note that the rooftop is shared with other guests.

For your convenience, free parking is available in the Washington Park Garage just across the street—simply grab your parking pass when you arrive.

Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King bed in the master bedroom and a cozy Queen bed in the second bedroom, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

This condo is in the heart of it all - a great base camp to explore all the city has to offer. Directly on one of the best parks, Washington Park, you have incredible walking access to great bars, breweries, restaurants, boutique shopping, the Streetcar, Washington Park, historic Music Hall, Ensemble Theater, Shakespeare Theater, Know Theater, music venues, and more.

Nestled in the heart of downtown, you're also just a few blocks east or west of major highways, interstates 75 and 71

Head south a few blocks and you're on the Ohio river with access to the Bengals and Reds stadiums, Fountain Square, Duke Energy Convention Center, US Bank Arena, Underground Railroad Freedom Center museum, Smale Riverfront Park, Roebling Bridge, and more. We are 20 minutes drive from CVG airport.

Getting Around:
This neighborhood is highly walkable, but we also make it convenient to bring a car with the garage parking that we provide. Easy access to the Streetcar, bus stops, and red bike stations all within 1-2 blocks. Uber and Lyft drivers plentiful as well.

Other Things to Note:
You will have access to the entire unit, as well as our shared rooftop patio. The parking is across the street and is free using the parking pass that we provide.

Great spot to explore Cincy from

We really enjoyed staying in this space when visiting Cincy, it was a great central location to keep us close to the local concert venues, breweries, restaurants, and local city tours.
