Terrible place. Not only did I call about my daughter’s tablet that we left that they never found. But I can literally see the location, but the pool was closed our door was broken getting into the room itself, and breakfast cost a fortune. Heck with this place

21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky.
