「The property is beautiful. Location perfect. When we arrived there was a gentleman at the reception desk not very nice. We left our luggage and wandered when we got back for check in there was a woman at reception who was lovely.」

「酒店不大，但是很有风格，而且也有电梯，这对前后住了两个没有电梯的酒店的我们来说非常重要，虽然电梯不大，但是小而温馨正是酒店的风格。我们一共订了三间房，每间房的装修都不一样，顶楼的房间空间更高。而且预订时以为是不包早餐的，到酒店后告知包含早餐，非常不错。」

「Great comfortable stay, only quirk was the expectation that the key was to be given to the lobby staff when you leave the hotel for outings. The key is very big and has a 75 euro deposit. Not a big deal when the staff are not busy with attending the bar/other guests. Breakfast was decent.」

「The Killarney Townhouse is affiliated with the Grand Southern Hotel which is where car parking currently is. The Grand Southern staff was very helpful bringing our luggage to the Townhouse! The Killarney Townhouse is an older property but it has recently been renovated. The 3 bed room we had was spacious and very comfortable. 「For my first B&B experience, Crystal Springs blew me out of the water. When I arrived I was greeted by Harvey, a big sweetie of a dog, and then the hostess, who was the most lovely woman. The breakfast each day was so filling, warm, and delicious; the fruit salad and soda bread were my favorite additions to my smoked salmon toast each morning. The room was pristine, the whole facility clean and beautiful, and it was such a great stay. I will definitely stay there again during my next trip! 」
