“This was such a charming apartment, high ceilings, lots of windows, very clean and well-furnished. The location was perfect for us with access to the metro and buses but also walkable to lots of attractions. The checkin instructions were clear and the staff were very helpful. They provided space to store luggage on our checkout day. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Rumbling in the middle of the day possibly due to public transportation, but overall a wonderful place if you don’t mind the walk to and from the center of the old town. It is walkable and there are shortcuts to avoid going back up the incline if you don’t mind paying the money for the transportation ”

“Very clean and newly renovated apartment! A very comfortable bed so you will rest from all the walk there! The only less good side is that the isolation in the windows is not the best so you can hear the traffic outside so because of that it’s good that it’s a less busy area and totally worthy to walk a little longer to the center!! ”

“The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just some minor issues I can overlook like the doors to the balcony seem to be unbolted or unscrewed at the top and are about to fall over and the only way to secure it is by locking the doors. Also, if the curtains in the bedroom can provide more privacy. It's too see through for my liking. Everything else was excellent. ”

“Nice, modern accommodation in a good location - but communication could be improved.
The accommodation is clean, well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, TV etc.) and quietly located, only about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Check-in is done via WhatsApp and email, which basically works.
However, there is no personal contact and there is often no clear answer to queries (e.g. rubbish disposal, replacement of bed linen, existing defects). More transparency and accessibility would be important,……
