Appartement très propre et très agréable à vivre, à côté du métro et simple d'aller à pied dans le centre.De bons resto, boulangerie et supermarché à proximité. Le seul point negatif est l'isolation phonique des chambres. Les bruits de la rue : klaxons, voitures, discussions,... réveillent la nuitMais sinon super séjour dans ce superbe appartement.

This is a great unit. Stayed for a week. Sadly it rained so we did not have an opportunity to use the patio space. Checkin was easy. We had 2 issues that we communicated to management and they said they would be addressed.

Un séjour parfait à Porto. L’appartement est près de tous les sites historiques à pieds. Près d’une grand épicerie. Le propriétaire Leo était d’une gentillesse et un accueil personnalisé. Nous avons adoré la terrasse avec BBQ. Superbe !

Check in was a little confusing.The appartment was good and had everything that was needed.The outdoor space was a great bonus.Location of area was fairly central.Grocery store and restaurants near by.The supplied parking in the parking garage was a real plus.Overall a good experience

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und super gelegen mit Fussdistanz zur Altstadt und nahe bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem im Preis inbegriffenen Parking.Leider waren die Renovierungsarbeiten im Nachbarhaus tagsüber, sowie der Strassenlärm nachts ziemlich störend. Trotzdem haben die Vorteile dies für uns eindeutig wettgemacht und wir können dieses Appartement sehr weiter empfehlen!

Amazing appartment so clean with all commodities. Perfect bathroom. Huge terrace. There is a big grocery store at the end of the street. Sure there are working ladies but they are very respectful. Leo was amazing with all the support and advice he provided

Location au top!!!Nous avons été accueilli par Léonardo , très gentil attentionné ! Répondant à toutes nos questions !!Parking couvert à proximité compris dans la location !Nous avons fait toutes nos visites en bus en tram en métro et en train ! Tout à proximité L’appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût ! Une cuisine spacieuse avec une terrasse superbe pour passer des soirées au calme ! La literie est exellente !Seul bémol : le manque d’isolation des fenêtres des chambres donnant sur la rue !Nous recommandons cet appartement De plus Mr Jerónimo répond de suite à nos messages ( très appréciable)Merci beaucoup

Great Stay

Great stay, great apartment and the host was very responsive. The only issue was it was next to a noisy street with an adult establishment. It was subtle enough that my child didn't even notice, but it was right there. We ignored that business and had a great time though. We loved sitting on the patio and exploring the beautiful ciry of Porto.

Fabulous apartment

Lovely clean apartment in walkable distance to the old town. The outside terrace was a great space and the apartment is extremely well equipped. Jeronimo and Leo were very helpful.The apartment is on a noisy street with 24 hour traffic hence the lower score for location. A great few days in Porto.

Excellent, perfect location!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful apartment. The location is close to everything, we walked to the market, river area, tower and took metro to the ocean and Gaia, all very convenient.The apartment has everything you need, 2 bedrooms, large kitchen, living room, dining room and large terrace. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there so the terrace was disappointingly not used.The area has most of the restaurants that were on our list during our first stay and we went back again to a few this time. Lots to eat and drink close by. We even went to Fado at a local restaurant one evening and felt safe walking home at night.Highly recommend this apartment, the owner and his staff are very accommodating and provide lots of good information!!

Looks can be deceiving

The apartment was fairly well appointed with necessary kitchen, bathroom & bedroom supplies. It does look stylish and modern. However, there are problems with the apartment. The main issues were the lack of heat in the apartment and the bad location.The water heater is not "on demand" but rather a 20 gallon (1/2 size) water tank. It is not sufficient for 4 adults to all shower in the morning. The wall heater unit in our bedroom did not work at all and the heater in the other bedroom barely warmed up. The host did respond quickly and came by on the second day - to tell us that the heater was indeed broken and it would take 15 days to get the replacement. No heater was supplied for the remaining 2 days.The apartment is outside of the central tourist area, not far from the restaurants etc. but certainly not in a touristy area. There were street workers (ladies of the ...afternoon) on the street. I was propositioned twice by different women. We did not feel unsafe in the day time, but we only went out in the evening once because our spouses did not feel safe. There were also several fights in the alleys/streets each night, with yelling and occasionaly police. We saw at least one drug deal take place each day. Since it was not the kind of location we wanted to walk through, we ended up spending a lot of money on Ubers to come and go quickly.The road in front of the apartment is paved in cobblestones and this made for a lot of noise when traffic went by.

Good, but could have been a bit better...

The apartment itself is quite charming and was very clean. We did have some initial check-in communication problems with the host due to having the wrong telephone number (we had to contact VRBO to get things straightened out), but after that got sorted out it was fine. The dishwasher was not in working condition so that was a disappointment (needs fixing or replacing). Also, we had problems with the oven a couple of times where the heating element would turn off on its own (turning the circuit breaker on and off seemed to fix the problem for awhile). There is some street noise, as others have mentioned, but we didn't find it that bad. More notable is the major apartment building reconstruction taking place next door - there was quite a bit of construction noise during the day. Lastly, there are a few "businesses" close to the apartment - one a few doors down on the same side of the street, and the other a few doors down on the other side. The ladies didn't bother us, but others may not feel comfortable with that type of activity nearby. Again, good, but could have been a bit better.
