The only thing I can say bad about the place is the toilet that we had in our room did not fill all the time we had to take the back off and adjust it manually ourselves a few times."

"Our check-in was very smooth and the staff are friendly and professional. Our room was very clean. Breakfast is grab and go - hard boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, granola bars, and muffins."

"The AC in our room didn’t work, We didn’t feel like changing rooms after we had settled and gotten groceries and luggage away, But then our sheet kicked up and revealed how unhygienic our mattress was. It looked like a crime scene and was disturbing that guests would but charged to sleep on something like that. We changed rooms at that point and I made sure the mattress was clean and AC worked in the new room, After moving everything I wanted to shower only to not have body wash or conditioner in my shower, and our door lock was broken everytime we left or entered our room we had to fight the lock to shut the door. We couldn’t watch tv or sleep cause we could hear people above us. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. "

"The best thing about this property is the amazing staff. They are the absolute best, must friendly hotel staff I have ever encountered. Breakfast could be better but it is okay. The wonderful hospitality makes up for the mediocre breakfast. I mean it’s complimentary so… Thanks Microtel for hiring such great staff"
