Parking felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway carpeting on the way to our room was quite stained in a few places which made me nervous about the potential condition of our room. Room was clean and staff very accommodating for fresh towels or anything we needed. The only downfall we had was no automatic doors for access at the entrance to hotel in a wheelchair. Made it a little diffucult.

This was the perfect home-base for our family of 4 during our visit to grandma. Beds and furniture were comfortable, the house is thoughtfully decorated, and the welcome book includes helpful information on nearby shopping and restaurants.
