「The floors in the room were not clean. The bathroom was unclean as well. It didn't feel like a place to stay. Only the location was good.」

「There was a once in a life time cancellation of all flights. The hotel knew Milne could make it into their stays. Yet charge me for all 5 nights not just one all 5. Anyone else would have understood it was no fault of mine I want there. And no one was going to be coming in either so the hotel would have been empty to have no regard for the disaster happening to flights around the country was ridiculous and in extremely poor taste! 」

「Absolutely unprofessional staff , dirty rooms, no restaurant inside hotel . Staff is clueless whenever asked something. Please don’t waste your hard earned money here ! Moreover , when I tried to contact them regarding location , the number was found switched off ! Poor service by untrained staff. Same guy works at reception / housekeeping and what not . Was taken aback at the quality of hotel received from Expedia . Highly disappointed. 」
