My daughter and her children were late arriving at the hotel from the airport and the staff did everything possible to make her stay as easy as possible. They gave us an extra hour for check-out. A staff member assisted with all the gear she had to bring, going so far as transporting it across the street! Emgen I think his name was, deserves special recognition for going the extra mile. "

"Great location. I loved the pool and hot tub. After a long tour day I got a steak room service and it was one of the best meals of my trip. The noon check out made it possible to check out the zoo in the morning before I had to pack up and head to the airport."

"At check in I requested cleaning during my stay however I did not receive any. When booking it stated “tub/shower combo” when I checked in I confirmed only to be told the room I requested actually didn’t have a tub. I was travelling with 2 small children therefore a tub was necessary. The reception staff seemed annoyed she had to “upgrade” me to a room with a tub & have housekeeping move the crib which was already placed in the original room. Dishes in the room were dirty. Only 1 elevator went to the parking so you always had to use one to get to the main level then another for the parking which was inconvenient. "
