"The elevator situation was dismal as there were three small elevators serving a 44 story building. during peak usage times (i.e. midmorning near check out time) waits for an elevator exceeded 5 minutes and once on an elevator filled to capacity it continued to stop at nearly every floor extending the time to get to the ground floor. On our last day it took us well over ten minutes to go from floor 22 to the ground floor. Bathroom doors are poorly designed and do not close completely. The staff did every thing within there power to make guests happy/"

"The overall experience was very good, the room is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. If you look for a lively scene this hotel delivers, if you need peace and quiet keep in mind that the lobby has live music and the sound carries. Most of the staff is very kind and helpful. I’d certainly stay here again. "

"Excellent property. Great location, helpful staff, the 1 bedroom were great for our family of 4 to have some space. Very well presented room. Only slight complaint was room wasn't ready at checkin and we had to keep chasing for extra towels and blankets and we only got enough for 3 people, not 4 booked"

"If your definition of a hotel is simply “a place to sleep,” then this place technically qualifies. Beyond that, it fails on almost every level. Everything is extremely cramped—rooms, hallways, and elevators. The bathroom is especially problematic: it’s so small that anyone who isn’t very slim will struggle to close the door or shower comfortably. This should be clearly disclosed. Amenities are lacking. There is no laundry service, which is a major inconvenience for longer stays. Cleanliness is unacceptable. I found trash in the room on day one, and despite daily housekeeping for an entire week, it was never removed. On another occasion, staff left cleaning supplies behind in my room. That shows a serious lack of attention and professionalism. The only reason I stayed was because the booking was prepaid—otherwise, I would have left on day one. This is not a cheap hotel, and at this price point, it is simply not worth it. I will not return, and I strongly recommend others stay away. At best, this is a 1–2 star experience."
