“my sister and I just stayed at the All Inn hotel this past weekend for the Colfax Denver Marathon. We had such a wonderful stay! Staff was so accommodating and helpful. Hotel is really cute, rooms were clean and well stocked. Lobby / hotel bar area was lovely. Restaurant was the best food we've had in a long time! Overall really wonderful experience and would recommend and stay here again!”

“Would happily stay at the Queen Anne B&B again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Park room was spacious and AC worked well. The historic home was charming and breakfasts + afternoon homemade cookies were scrumptious. Location was great for walking to restaurants/beverages. Staff recommended several, we went to 4 of them and all were great.”

“When we walked in we weren't greeted with a hello, but a "Did you pay the fee online?" We had no idea what she was talking about. We did arrive early and planned to just leave our luggage and walk around until check in, but she had us pay $75 to check in early. Ok, fine, but sitting in the lobby the next day, the same employee let people check in early at the same time and DID NOT charge them. A bit unnerving. I really liked the property, but not sure if I will go back due to how they choose to……

“This is a GREAT hotel. Rooms and public areas are spotless, like new and FUN. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Parking Staff very helpful on a very busy street and almost no wait to pick up the car when leaving. ”

“The hotel was great. Dining available in the hotel and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was nice, but do not pay for views because you'll be looking at the construction on the block. The only thing I did not like was the cooling device/refrigerator. It is more of a space for drinks and does not stay cold enough to truly keep food cold. Other than that, it was a great visit! ”

“Front desk is very nice and friendly. Good location is just opposite to Ogden Theater that I can in and off easily.”

“The best was the highlight for me (haha). It was so comfortable. It really just rocked me to sleep. The room was big and loved the old school feel. I also loved the area, plenty of food and drink options. The bar in the hotel is apparently a hot spot and known for their drinks. Although the drinks were different and fancy I didn’t really enjoy anything I tried. ”

“Very minimal room, close to downtown. Be warned that it will probably get noisy at night cause it is Downtown Denver, but the hotel provides earplugs.”

“Super cute!! Appliances and backsplash so beautiful and stylish. Owners seem to really care u have a comfortable nice stay . Extra bottled water / coffee pods/ ice available for stay . Extra towels in unit. Had everything we need for a short comfortable stay. Beer garden right across the street. we walked to Irish bar for a drink and tapas restaurant for dinner. Very nice cute place to stay .”
