"It’s a lovely apartment with fantastic views. All of the people we spoke to were really friendly and helpful and Montejo is a very charming village. However, it’s not clear from the photos in the description that the pool is a municipal pool nearby which you have to pay for separately, rather than being part of the accommodation. The rooms are all a good size but the main bedroom only has a window onto a small internal courtyard which can be quite noisy. "

"A lovely hotel just a short 15 minute walk from the centre and on the circular bus route to get to the bus and railway stations. The only issue was the noisy groups of elderly travellers having breakfast in the morning. Although they were seated in a separate area, they decimated the breakfast buffet and made it unpleasant for other guests. It would have been much better if they had a separate buffet in their own area."
