“这个旅馆并不提示你房间是否有空调。等你发现没空调时，原来的房间不能退，新开房间要从新交钱。环境很乱，游泳池太小了，健身器材也都是伪劣商品。”

“Great reception by the employe name Marvin for our check in, horrible service and poor customer service skills from the night employee name Cristian, she refused to call a supervisor and couldn’t accommodate us to a different room due to ours not having running water. Camino real was my favorite place to stay in Managua but this last visit was a nightmare dealing with the night receptionist name Cristian, she was unhelpful unapologetic and rude at times”

“Our suite had white tile throughout. The large bathroom was modern and immaculate. Very clean and friendly. Quiet and clean neighborhood. It is a short drive to the Gallerias mall. The unmarked taxi stand is across the street in front of the car wash. This is our new favorite The coffee and omelette we’re excellent Looking forward to returning”

“Bathroom was never cleaned before I arrived bath drain full of hair bedroom floor had hair from another person that was there before me had to go and ask them to get some water to wash my hands then waited for the water tank to fill so I could take a shower ordered some food tasted awful don’t no if they used old oil to fry the chicken overall not good experience would never book another room with them or recommend to bothers”

“The bathroom tiles and floor had mold in it and the mosquitos, were the worse experience ever. I’ve never experienced such a horrible amount of mosquitoes in any hotel or house here in Nicaragua like this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is great and the staff friendly but when I complaint to them about the mosquitoes, they just told me it’s normal because the Managua lake is closed to it and that was their excuse and they just gave me a mosquito repellent that was too strong for me……

“They didn't even had towels on the room the carpet inside the room was disgusting they had the air conditioner off the room was so hot it took couple hours to get cld inside the room the in order to flush the toilet you had to removed the top so I had a bad experience at the place”
