Stunning sunset

Sa Calma is in a excellent location , short walk to either Cala Blanca or Cala Santandria beach, with a good variety of restaurants. Air conditioning wasn’t the best, there was only one unit in the longe/kitchen really could have done with some fans in the bedroom at least. Could have done with more shade in the outside area. On the terrace in the evening there was no shade.An awning over the terrace would have ben good.

Maisonette face à la mer mais avec du vis à vis

La maison n'est pas de première jeunesse (prise électrique arrachée, ampoule grillée, ..., la salle de bain très rudimentaire avec des odeurs d'égout. La vue est belle surtout au coucher du soleil et la (toute) petite piscine est agréable mais il n'y a pas du tout d'intimité avec les gens qui passent juste à coté de la maison, et les voisins de gauche et droite (juste un muret de 40cm sépare les terrasses). La mer est inaccessible car devant la maison il y a des roches et il n'est pas possible de se baigner dans la mer. Par contre l'agence 3 Villas est à l'écoute et ils sont réactifs et efficaces (a savoir, on vous demande de payer la caution de 900€ par virement, si vous payez la caution par CB c'est 27€ de frais, et si vous souhaitez ne pas payer de caution c'est 57€)
